1. Main Technical Parameter:
1.1 Application: It is high speed extrusion line, and it makes PVC compound for insulating wire or sheathing cable ,single layer with color-stripping wire , double layer cable (As power wire, building cable, communication connecting cable, parts of data cable, USB sheathing cable, electron circuit cable etc)
1.2 Output capacity: 230 kg/hr (open the crosshead).
1.3 Line speed: Max 450 m/min.
1.4 All driving motor(AC) : SIMENS
1.5 Inverter: SIMENS.
1.6 PLC & HMI(PLC and touch-screen ): SIMENS.
1.7 All switch: SIMENS or SCHNEIDER
1.8 All contactor: SIMENS or SCHNEIDER
