Plastic Welding Rod Extruder Production Line
This machine is used in producing PP,PE,PVC plastic welding rod. PP.PE PVC welding rod is widely used in Geo membrane welding joint, chemical anti-corrosion industry area, HDPE pipe joint .
Structure of the welding rod extrusion line as follows.
1. Single screw extruder for inner rod layer extruding: 1set
2. Inner rod mould die: 1set
3. Cooling water tank: 1set
4. Hual off unit: 1set
5. Two stations winder: 1set
The extrusion line can produce 2.5-4.0mm diameter welding rod . special size also can be produced with this extrusion machine.
