UV laser marking machine is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is especially suitable for marking food, medical packaging materials, micropores, high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers complex graphics and other applications.

1. Superior quality light beam, and the output laser facula is little, whose marking effect is nearly perfect. It can satisfy the special manufacturing and processing demand in harsh industrial working condition.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
 
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
 
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
 
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.

If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
 
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting, ect., but visa fee, air ticket fee, hotel accommodation fee, transportation fee will be borned by your party.

Q3: What's the payment term?

We accept payment by TT,L/C,Paypal,Credit card,West union, etc.30% deposit is to confirm order for machine production,the balance paid before delivery or at sight of copied of B/L.
 
Q4: How about the trading term?

We can accept Ex Work, FOB, FCA, CNF, CIF, DDU, ect.
 
Q5: How about the delivery time?
 
For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days.
Regarding customized machine, we need to check with technicians.
 
Q6: How about the warranty time?
 
Our fiber laser machine warranty time is 12 months. Please send back the broken parts to us, we will send the new and replaced one to you. We suggest you take one extra set of spare parts together with your order which will be more convinient for your production line continurous running.
